As a Customer Service Representative (Logistics), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and supporting daily operations through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

・Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

・Provide accurate and timely support related to logistics services

・Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

・Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication

Employment Details

・Salary: RM 7,200

・Bounas: RM 7,200 (upon completion of a 1-year contract)

・Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

・Days Off: Weekends & Japanese Public Holidays...
