Job Summary
ibex, on behalf of its Global client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a night-shift role. This is a client-facing position responsible for delivering a premium customer experience through inbound call management. Shift timings are 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, with rotational days off.
