Support in training different transport operations across the business unit CGIDefine future improvements with the transport operation that you are supportingOptimize working instructions for the team(s) you are supportingAct as a main knowledge center/dedicated person for the daily transport operationsHandle manual order entry / handle and draw up transport/customs documentsRespond to customer requestsRespond to operational requestsAlign with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks via Track & Trace Tools, customer made files, …Update internal Track & Trace tools and send to customer on a daily basisUpdate KPI filesRespond to/Select ad hoc transports, carriers, considering quality and costsArrange return shipmentsIn time reporting of escalations to Transport Manager
