Intake Specialist


Schedule



  • Availability: Monday to Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST

  • Rest Days: Rotating every 3 weeks

  • Weeks 1-3: 2 rotating days off (Mon-Fri)

  • Weeks 4-6: 2 fixed days off (Sat-Sun) Cycle repeats


About the Role


Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries quickly and effectively.

  • Actively listen, ask investigative questions, and document case details.

  • Meet or exceed daily productivity quotas.

  • Guide potential clients through intake and closing deals.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma.

  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • English level: C1+ (Spanish is a plus).

  • Typing speed: 30+ WPM.
