Industry Experience: Freight Forwarding*

Experience: Min 5 Yrs

Act as a single point of Contact:-

• Customer service personnel acts as a single point of contact for the clients.

• They manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.

Understand customer requirements and escalate potential issues if any :-

• CS understands the customer requirements to avoid any discrepancies

• Always escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements.

• Be proactive in order to minimize service crises.

Arrange shipment for the customers:-

• Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate and delivery time.

• Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.
