Role Overview
We're hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customers across chat, email, and phone in a remote-first setup. You'll be the frontline voice of the company—resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support (Omnichannel)
- Handle inbound customer queries via chat, email, and voice.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy; escalate when needed.
- Maintain high CSAT, NPS, and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
2. Ticketing & CRM Management
