Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our café. The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, handling billing, and performing basic barista duties such as preparing coffees and mocktails. Comprehensive training will be provided for the barista responsibilities, so prior experience is not mandatory.
