Customer Service Representative

  • Availability: Full-time work, 5 days a week with shifts, and 2 days OFF!
  • Pay Expectation: Base: $ + Bonus potential: $ - Up to $20,000 MXP Monthly!
  • *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Language: Fluent in English, Spanish
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience
