Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

We’re looking for compassionate, professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing healthcare support team in Barranquilla, Colombia . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients who need assistance scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, communicating with healthcare providers, arranging transportation, and answering general healthcare-related questions. Many of the patients you’ll support are older adults, so we’re looking for individuals who naturally demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills.
