Satv Ancient Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate Telecalling Manager – Customer Care to lead our team and drive performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage telecalling/customer care team
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets
Monitor KPIs – CSAT, Conversion Rate, AHT, FCR
Handle escalations & enhance customer satisfaction
Conduct training & performance reviews
Prepare MIS reports & analyze team performance
‍ Eligibility Criteria:
3–6 years of experience in telecalling/customer care
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Excel
Target-driven & analytical mindset
Candidate must have his/her own laptop
