Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking to hire a FULLY ONSITE Customer Support Specialist for our client based out of Greensboro, NC.

This assignment is anticipated to be a 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.

This will also have a first‑shift Monday–Friday schedule.

This position is fully onsite, five days per week. Candidates must be able to support either a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift or a 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to service requests, operational support, and urgent assistance needs.
