Job Description

We're searching for a Customer Service Rep / Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Operations Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from project inception to completion, providing professional and courteous communication with customers and across departments. Applicants should be extremely thorough, organized, and responsive to a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and strong follow-through, and have prior customer service/dispatch experience.


This is a full-time, on-site position.
