Customer Service Representative - Full Time
Charleston Mancan is assisting a local Charleston company seeking a Customer Service Representative position. This is a four month long, fulltime position with a pay rate of $ hourly. Monday - Friday (40 hours a week) typically 8am - 5pm ( possible slight flex)
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner to achieve contractual obligations. Responsible for answering Member's and Provider's questions related to Medicaid/CHIP with a quick and accurate response. They are also responsible for timely completion of all correspondence and reporting functions associated with the Customer Service Department.
