What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Build and maintain detailed customer profiles in CargoWise so every department has accurate info.

✅ Guide customers with expert recommendations, helping them choose the best freight and logistics solutions (including preparing quotes).

✅ Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, keeping customers updated every step of the way.
