Part Time Customer Service Call Center Representatives

Pay Rate: $23/hour



Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 4–5 hours per day
  • Available shifts: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM


    • Position Summary: Support franchise stores by handling delivery, shortage, and order related inquiries while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to franchise store inquiries regarding deliveries, shortages, and order issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and related departments for issue resolution
  • Track and follow up on shortage or delivery claims
  • Maintain communication records and reports
