Customer Service Representative — Flex Shift
Location: Calgary, AB — Quarry Park
Schedule: Full-time, flex shift (Evenings & weekends as needed)
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (3-5 days/week)
Reports to: Manager, Project Strategy & Enablement

The Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting a Gas Meter Exchange program. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate relights, and provide after-hours customer support—keeping service seamless and SLA targets on point.
What You’ll Do
  • Take inbound calls during evenings and weekends
  • Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments
  • Coordinate relights and support dispatch
  • Follow escalation procedures to get issues resolved fast
