Job Summary

We are looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives for the LCBO Retail store (May 4 - Sep 7 2026). The role is on-site and reports to the Store Manager. The successful candidate will provide a friendly and helpful customer experience in wine, beer, cider, and spirits retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign).
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
• Receive product, replenish it on shelves and face‑up products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety—clean spills and broken bottles.
• Lift cases of up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
