Responsibilities:

+ Provide excellent customer service and support to customers by phone, email, or in person

+ Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems

+ Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

+ Use Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to complete daily tasks efficiently
