Basic Function: Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Processing and managing orders to ensure accuracy and the highest service levels. Communication within Customer Service Team, across departments and with customers in order to provide accurate and timely information.

Major Responsibilities / Activities:

  • Develop adequate understanding of Cerro Wire products and processes
  • Processing of EDI/House Account orders with speed and accuracy as well as cross-checking orders for other CSRs as needed
  • Managing customer orders for reps/customers
  • Order checking and maintenance
