BINGO industries are looking for our newest Customer Service Representative to join our Queensland team!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Professionally and efficiently answer voice and/or digital enquiries.
- Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude by adhering to the define customer standards.
- Use the appropriate sales techniques to convert phone queries into sales.
- Ensure that Bingo policies and procedures are adhered to consistently and minimise business risk.
- Adhere to rosters and be available for customers when required.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers.
- Build & sustain key customer / client relationships.
- Role model the Bingo Way in all actions and dealing with colleagues and customers
- Take an active role in achieving your KPI’s demonstrating accountability and ownership....
