The CSR role answers phone calls and responds to customer requests for pricing, product information and any other pertinent information related to customer relations and service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Must perform work duties with great attention paid to the health & safety of everyone.

  2. Answer phones and respond to customer requests for pricing, product information and any other pertinent information related to customer relations and service.

  3. Project a professional corporate image through direct customer contact, phone interaction and all other company related matters.

  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  5. Process all aspects of customer quotes, purchase orders, and follow up as required.
