Customer Service Representative

Peerless Electric, a leading Canadian lighting manufacturer based in Cornwall, Ontario, is currently seeking an in-house Customer Service Representative to service its Canadian and U.S. Clients by responding to inquiries and helping to resolve issues. The Customer Service Representative will also have the responsibility to enter customers orders and be the liaison between the client and the manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enter and modify Customer Orders
• Participate in the resolution of customer problems
• Follow up on Customer Inquires such as delivery requests
• Ability to work as part of team with other departments
• Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Build Customer Loyalty

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
