Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from A to Z, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and acting as the key point of contact between customers and internal departments. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production teams to guarantee smooth order processing and timely deliveries.Key Responsibilities



  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process.

  • Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate any changes or delays.

  • Resolve customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.
