We have experienced tremendous growth over the last quarter and expect to keep heading in the right direction - **and we need your help!**
**What you will do**:
- Answer Inbound Calls for the Customer Service queues
- Make Outbound Calls to clients in accordance with tickets you are assigned to
- Review accounts within the CRM to help provide useful information to clients
- Provide billing assistance on occasion (we have a dedicated Billing team)
- Assist clients with certain upgrades/downgrades as well as cancelations
- Maintain a personal Google Sheet that tracks active tasks/tickets
**Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Being able to work independently and be self-sufficient
- Ability to adapt to changes and willingness to adjust processes
- Bilingual (English Advanced/Fluent conversational is a must)
