CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be in Denton TX. The CSR acts as an associate level liaison between team members, customers, sales, and manufacturing departments. Responsible for meeting or exceeding their production and fulfillment related requirements while developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Administers the production coordination function which may also include other related functions such as order entry and planning. Seeking individuals with direct mail and commercial print production experience.
