Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer inquiries while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key data metrics.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and data-driven—comfortable solving customer issues while uncovering insights to support business decisions.
Customer Service (50%) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify recurring issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.
