Job Description

A distribution company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will process and input customer orders, create and monitor warehouse work requests, inbound/outbound material activity, and print order labels based on customer requirements.  Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers and carriers at the office window, answer office phone calls, process emails and orders, and run Inventory Reports 
  • Prepare work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, inbound/outbound manifests, and other necessary documents
  • Examine manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify the accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments
