We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support us during the busy Christmas period.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Place corporate orders and liaise with clients
- Provide product advice and prepare quotations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
- Keep accurate customer service records
What We’re Looking For:
- A people-first attitude and great communication skills
- Confident using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
- Positive, resilient, and eager to deliver excellent service
- Flexible with working hours during the festive season (some evenings & weekends)
