Summary:
The B2B Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end customer order fulfillment while ensuring excellent service to customer and through sales team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, coordinating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment.
