Customer Service Representative in support of Booking.com working onsite in Santa Rosa.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.
  • Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates.
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
