Job Description
Reporting to the Irrigation Service Manager, the primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to execute customer service related tasks effectively and efficiently.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling customers/responding to customer calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Dispatching technicians to service appointments
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Following up with customers regarding payment of account
- Acting as receptionist for the company
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Strong oral, written, and organization skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office); experience with Sage and Salesforce an asset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the irrigation industry an asset
