Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and basic concerns
Provide clear and accurate information about products or services
Maintain a polite and helpful approach in all interactions
Record customer details and transactions properly
Follow company guidelines and service standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Support daily operations and team targets
Job Requirements
Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
At least 6 months work experience in any customer-facing role (retail, service crew, sales, BPO, or similar)
Good communication skills in English and Filipino
Basic computer and data entry skills
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
Willing to learn and follow company processes
Can work onsite and on shifting schedules if required
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
