Job Description
Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months’ experience in a customer service Grade 12 / Matric certificate Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data capturing) Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team Good time management and ability to multitask Ability to remain calm under pressure Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
