Customer Service Representative / Patient Account Representative

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Address: Rosales 72 – Cl. 72 #8-24, Quinta Camacho (Floors 4, 6, 7, and 8)

Salary: COP 3,150,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (Colombia: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

Job Description:

Management of patient accounts and resolution of medical debts, handling inbound and outbound calls, verifying information, and providing empathetic support to patients.

Main Responsibilities:


• Provide hospital service support


• Handle billing and insurance inquiries


• Assist in resolving medical debt


• Manage a high volume of calls (approximately 100 daily)


• Update patient data

Requirements:


• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)


• Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a call center (non-retail)
