The role:Reporting to the Branch Manager this role will involve servicing our trade customers on the Trade Counter, Inwards Goods, Cycle Counting, Stocking and Rotating products on shelves, Customer Deliveries, Loading / Unloading and whatever else is necessary within the branch. The role will also support the Branch Manager with partnering with our commercial customer as an Internal Key Account Manager.
  • Providing friendly, professional service to our customers, including tradespeople, commercial businesses and homeowners
  • Answer calls and emails and quoting orders
  • Communicating delivery times and preparing order ready for delivery
  • Supporting with inwards goods, stock put-away and cycle counts
  • Accurately checking and receipting products into branch systems
  • Preparing, loading and securely restraining products for delivery
  • Delivering our products directly to the customer
