Overview



This role is for a Customer Service Representative assigned to a banking/financial account in a call center environment in Davao City.



The position involves assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, payments, billing concerns, and other financial service-related requests while following accuracy and compliance standards.



This opportunity is open to entry-level applicants, including fresh graduates, career shifters, and individuals with no prior BPO experience. Training is provided.



Requirements

High School, Senior High School graduate, or college level/graduate (preferred)

No experience required

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong attention to detail

Customer service orientation

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask

Willing to work onsite in Davao City

Willing to work shifting schedules
