The Company:
 
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing B2B Customer warranty claims and complaints in relation to product failures, delivery issues, and payment issues in relation to products purchased.
  • Abide and uphold Australia Consumer Law
  • Professionally handle customers complaints and provide positive experience
  • Liaise with internal teams to reach swift resolutions
  • Keep visibility on stock availability and manage to submit Refunds, returns and replacements through the system.
