Job Description

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, loan or credit card applications, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
Verify client identity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (financial account experience is an advantage).
At least 1st yr completed in college
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
