JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about the client's products, services, policies, and updates to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Medical BPO experience is a plus.

QUALIFICATION

  • College Graduate of any course or College Level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role.
