JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the client's products, services, policies, and updates to assist customers.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Medical BPO experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATION
- College Graduate of any course or College Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role.
