Our Melbourne, Australia office, is searching for a Customer Service Representative that will strive to provide an optimal customer service experience for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative for Mouser, you will correspond with customers via telephone, email and chat, accurately process various types of customer requests and inquiries regarding Mouser services, and generate new and repeat business through customer service initiative and offering associated products and promotional items. Our service initiatives include following up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, promoting and maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence, monitoring and delivery and quality to meet customer requirements.
