Trillium Professional is now seeking a Customer Service Representative for supporting a large facility in Auburn Hills!


Job Duties:

-Daily answer phone, record and distribute work orders

-Must reach Customer Satisfaction Score > 90

-Primary responsibility is answering calls, logging requests, and routing work orders to the appropriate teams.

-Requests come in via phone, system, voicemail, and QR submissions. Role is highly visible and interacts with all levels of the organization.

-Peak workload typically mid-week (Tues–Thurs), with varying daily volume.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle incoming service requests (temperature, maintenance, restroom issues, etc.)

-Maintain accurate logs for tracking and follow-up
