About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Proctor Account, you will support accuracy and academic integrity efforts by quickly reviewing and confirming AI-categorized still images. This role involves live proctoring, technical support, or direct student interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and able to make fast and
accurate visual decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Live Proctoring & Comprehensive Exam Review
Review approximately 20 images per minute using provided software tools.
Determine whether the AI correctly flagged or categorized each image.
Follow simple protocols for escalating unclear or concerning images.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in image assessment
Qualifications
With 6 months and up working experience in a BPO industry
Experienced handling a Proctoring Account (knowledge in Proctoring tools)
Willing to work onsite in Masinag, Antipolo
Can work in a shifting schedule
