About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Proctoring Account, you will support accuracy and academic integrity efforts by quickly reviewing and confirming AI-categorized still images. This role involves live proctoring, technical support, or direct student interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and able to make fast and

accurate visual decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Proctoring & Comprehensive Exam Review
  • Review approximately 20 images per minute using provided software tools.
  • Determine whether the AI correctly flagged or categorized each image.
  • Follow simple protocols for escalating unclear or concerning images.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in image assessment

Qualifications

  • With 6 months and up working experience in a BPO industry
