- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate product quotes, and support the sales process across multiple channels. This role requires strong communication skills, technical product knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via two primary email inboxes, live chat, and occasional phone calls.
- Review customer‑provided plans and sketches to identify product needs and prepare accurate quotes using Shopify draft orders.
- Provide timely, knowledgeable, and courteous support for pre‑sale and post‑sale questions.
