We're looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Life Insurance Account as a Customer Service Representative. If you have at least one year of BPO experience and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the insurance industry.



Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding life insurance products and services.

-Assist clients with policy information, billing concerns, claims status, and account updates.

-Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

-Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.



Qualification:

-At least a Senior High School Graduate

-Minimum of 1 year BPO experience

-Good English communication skills

-Willing to work onsite in Alabang

-Willing to work on a Day Shift
