We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our airline account. In this role, you will assist passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related concerns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.

Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and upgrades.

Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and airline procedures.

Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
