Customer Service Representative - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

What You'll Do

You will be based in our office in Bridgwater Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm, allowing you to learn our systems and ways of working. If you are successful at the application stage we’ll invite you to a 15‑minute phone interview, the next step after that will be a face‑to‑face interview process. You’ll be the voice of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average call centre role – there’s no script to follow, so it’s more about asking the right questions and finding answers quickly and efficiently. If they’re not happy, it’ll be up to you to get things back on track! But if you take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.
