Position Overview:
The CSR ADMIN is responsible for handling all post-order customer service matters related to fulfillment, including returns, refunds, replacements, and order-related inquiries. This role serves as the key point of contact between LOCAD, Fulfillment team and Customer Service, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and accurately. The CSR ADMIN plays a vital role in resolving issues that impact customer satisfaction and fulfillment performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
LOCAD Helpdesk Support
- Navigate the LOCAD Helpdesk to assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in filing tickets, including issues that require photo or video evidence.
- Coordinate with the CSR team to ensure timely and accurate submission and resolution of tickets.
- Track and follow up on ticket progress to ensure prompt action from LOCAD.
- Follow up on pending customer service cases requiring fulfillment action.
