Position Summary :

The Customer service Reprehensive is responsible to provide friendly, professional customer service by assisting customers in-store and over the phone, preparing quotations, processing sales, and supporting the day-to-day operation of sales & customer service. All Internal reactive sales such as RFQ’s from phone calls, emails, web inquiries and Trade counter back up. Proactive tasks such as Market research, building relationships & project hunting is also included in this position.
