**Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Modesto, CA
**Pay Rate:** $26.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our Accounts Receivable team. This individual will play a key role in supporting customer-facing initiatives, managing customer communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on vendor setup and order-related activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support change management initiatives related to customer-facing projects, ensuring customers promptly complete new vendor setup requirements.
+ Monitor and track open orders within **SAP ECC Sales & Distribution** , identifying issues and initiating necessary customer follow-up actions.
